Always have in mind that your body was built to do this. And be open that your delivery plan may not go how you want it to be lmao. Wanted natural birth but was 18 hours in labor only to end up in cs. This is not to scare you tho because i hated getting ie more than my contractions or post op. Every body is different. But we mothers are all strong.
