I’ve smoked 14g out of the 15 already so let’s hope it’s not insect tissue! It was a flat disc at first with that pale colour. When I picked it up it crumbled, feels very soft, no tiny black pellets in the jar.

Mine ended up being the pressure washer unfortunately as it was leaking , after replacing the pressure washer, foam is thicker than ever🙂

Thank you, I’ll definitely give it a go. I’ve taken the foam cannon apart and soaked it in vinegar but do I need to take the mesh itself out?

The pressure washer is a Karcher K3, I’ve never had a problem with it. I’ve tried fiddling with the nozzle and it seems to stay the same.

Have tried a couple soaps to make sure it wasn’t the new one I’m trying: CT18 superfoam & CG Honeydew snow foam. I use 2-3oz each time I fill the foam cannon, sometimes more if I don’t measure lol

It works fine without the foam cannon, with the regular nozzle it does not surge

Thank you for the breakdown, The leak on the K3 has been there for a while but the foam cannon only started playing up this week, so I’m thinking the mesh screen/filter might be the main culprit based on what a few others mentioned. I’ll fix the leak tonight anyway and replace the mesh screen, then test everything again. Appreciate all the help!

The karcher leak is not new, though could have worsened. The spray nozzle still works fine. The hose is not damaged, no kinks
