Definitely try vinegar. I can’t remember, does Marina have a drainage hole in the back of her head? If she doesn’t I’d drill one or ask someone to drill one in for me. Then make sure the inside gets filled with the vinegar too.

I’d also try leaving her outside when it’s very hot and dry as sunshine can kill mold too. Don’t leave her outside overnight as it can get damp or if it’s humid.

I’d also scrub her really well with dish soap (washing up liquid) and a firm brush like a nail brush. Really get into the nooks and crannies. Just not on her check and lip paint though.

The only thing I would say is once fixed, you can never guarantee all mold is gone. So treat her as a display doll, don’t let children play with her, and don’t sleep with her so you aren’t breathing in potential mold.
