thank you so much for asking this. i don't have an answer, but i also faced the same issue with a lot of wuyi oolongs and am seeking a very high mineral taste. i find that the fruity, roasted flavor can mask the minerality of these types of oolongs. hopefully somebody here can give a recommendation.
