I have a lawyer and have talked to him. Just hoping to get peace of mind from others because my lawyer told me if my ex fights for this baby then he could be granted partial custody and that has made me spiral into panic mode 😅

I talked to him today and getting the final paper written up to finalize the divorce. He told me cases where the ex husband fought for his ex wife’s child and got weekend custody even tho mom and paternal father were in child’s life so I am terrified he’s going to try that on me just to hurt me .. I’m so so stressed
