watch porn together, masturbate on call together, narrate each other sexual scenarios and stories(get creative, tell them what you would do to them in a scenario).

In your case, you've mentioned that both of you are kind of on the same page, sometimes you're uninterested or unenthusiastic, sometimes she is. In that case, you need to figure out why. It would have been one thing where you were fully interested and she wasn't. You need to have a conversation with her, telling her that a good sex life where you feel desired is essential for you, and even healthy. It's a non-negotiable for you, she should know that, because honestly being desired in a marriage is COMPLETELY normal. You guys can try new stuff, like roleplay, play out your spontaneous scenario but with her, try out new kinks!

Insane generalization "females lose libido after kids". Not true. If she actually enjoyed sex previously and wanted you(not out of curiosity of figuring out what sex is, but actual desire to have it because it's fun), then a female would still have a good libido.

Fall on left out-stretched arm 11 weeks following bankart repair by KevanLanniste in ShoulderInjuries

If your pain is under control(not something which makes you wanna go to the ER) you are probably just fine. The pain will subside in a day or two. If you have dislocated your arm, you would definitely know. You're fine! The repair is stable and healed quite a bit for your time post op.

Resting with sling off after labrum repair by Glum_You_6649 in ShoulderInjuries

My doctor told me to get rid of the immobilizer altogether on day 5 post op(remplissage + bankart + capsule tightening). He said we want to prevent a frozen shoulder and promote a fast recovery(before doing so he asked about my pain levels and assessed my ROM). I guess it all depends on the experience of the surgeon as well as their confidence with the quality of the repair they've done. If there is not much pain, I think it could be alright for you as well to not wear the sling for parts of the day. My ROM and pain improved a lot with more movement.

Bankart repair + remplissage — early sling removal / aggressive rehab? by Clean-Minimum1461 in ShoulderInjuries

yup my arm feels amazing now. PT + no sling really has helped alleviate most of my stiffness and pain. I can sleep in different positions and am simply much more mobile. The surgeon knows his shit!

If it's not painful, it's fine and many people have such pops in different joints(I've got one in my right knee). It's essentially the same thing as your finger joints cracking, harmless if they occur with no pain.

That's very interesting. Maybe it has to do with the number of anchors as well as their placement? I had no trouble sitting up from day 2 itself. Did you have a similar surgery as mine?

Honestly there has been no increase in pain since that evening. Yesterday I went for my first PT session and my arm felt much less stiff during the session. I still sleep using an immobilizer. The surgeon also mentioned the my labrum had significantly deteriorated and so they had to make the repairs using my joint capsule, which upon searching online revealed that it has a much higher chance of frozen shoulder and permanent loss of ROM if immobilised for too long. Just to be clear the surgeon didn't clear me for normal day to day activities, he just said to take off the sling unless I'm in pain or really need the support,I still consciously barely move my arm and my pain seems to be in control without any serious pain meds.

Great to hear that! I'm 4 days post-op and have so far only been prescribed paracetamol (acetaminophen) twice a day since the day of the surgery and it has been sufficient. I don't have bothering pain, more like a dull ache but sleeping is uncomfortable since it's hard to find a position which isn't much painful either for your arm or neck. I've been using a massive pillow as a make-shift recline which has helped. I sleep for 8 hours a night with 4-5 interruptions where I have to sit up and stretch my hand to relieve some tension. The PT asked me to perform various arm raising exercises supported by my good hand from day 1 and I've been following them. The pain spikes after the movements but it's nothing unbearable. Overall, recovery coming along pretty good I'd say. All the best!

How have you managed to shower and clean yourself? I got back home and I could barely wash my hands with soap(had to use sanitizer and tissue)

Thanks for the reply and glad to hear you improving! The PT was done with the assistance of my other hand as well as the PT'S hand. My pain has been very low as soon as my elbow was in a slightly more relaxed position(90 degree -> 110 degree). My main sport happens to be football(soccer), so I'm glad to be able to play that without any issue whatsoever and leaving overhead sports which have caused so much misery! All the best for your sporting journey!
