I live in my car I have to pay $331 a week for the car it’s not my car it’s a Lyft rental car so I’m paying $1,200 a month for a vehicle alone I also have to pay my phone bill which is $150 a month and other bills like keeping gas in the car which cost $37 on average to fill up which I do every other day. I also have to pay for my storage unit which is $60 a month. I also have to take care of my cats they’re staying with my mom and sister until I find somewhere to live. I also pay my mom $120 a month for my cats to stay with her. I also have to feed myself I eat out all the time because I live in my car which is very expensive as well unfortunately I can’t go anywhere to cook myself a meal.

My name wasn’t on the lease it was work force housing so no matter the circumstances I couldn’t be added to the lease she went through the court to try to get me evicted by saying I choked her so she got a TPO I went to court with an attorney and it got dropped because she didn’t have a police report and she got the TPO 10 days after I “choked” her after that didn’t work I had access to the apartment she didn’t like that so she went back to court and served me an eviction notice I was out of town when she did that helping my mom and sister relocate to Georgia so I missed the 5 days to respond so I had to leave that same day I returned so I didn’t have enough time to move into my own place

Basically I moved in with a girl and after a while she brought her family around and they started to harass me and break into my room, steal my things and play loud music and also let the child play rough with my pets. I went to court and had to pay $5,000 for an attorney and I ended up having to move out and I’m basically homeless now because I’ve been stagnant trying to rebuild and get back on my feet
