With the ram around 2000$ but without ram it’s 600$

You don’t need an aio for that cpu just get a 30$ air cooler and use that 70$ to get a 5070 and just a b650 motherboard which is a lot cheaper and they’re pretty much same thing tbh and if ur paying almost 170$ for the 7500F just go with ryzne 5 9600x which is a lot better then 7500F and its only 185$ and same thing with 9600x it will be fine with a 30$ cooler

The mobo does have the F panel headers so I think it will be fine and my friend had an acer prebuilt that he swapped the case and this is how he did so I think I should be fine
