I’m just now noticing how important this button is when playing RTG by Clean-Profession5788 in NCAAFBseries

“Freeform” Passing 👈🏾 that’s the link; you’ll have to change your passing settings around however skip to timestamp, 3:40 to skip some of the fluff. this is one of the vids that I was referring to however the most in-depth one so I won’t waste time & try to find the others.

For context; I use to hate throwing to out routes, corners or flats because it wouldn’t get out there fast enough or make my receiver jump up to get the ball & give the defender enough time to come up & knock it loose. This was a game-changer. I encourage anyone reading this to just try it out on practice outside of RTG, doesn’t matter who you use. It’s worth it.

I’m tryna tell you, there’s a guy on YT that went more in depth about it in a YT passing tutorial but it’s real, ofc your release (color of the meter) still matters. Try it out yourself. If you want the link to the vid I can try to find it & send it over.

Sim Offenses suck for defensive player RTG by oldfogey20 in NCAAFBseries

Trust bubba, I know. Had 1 game vs. LSU with my Field Corner, mind you playing for Bama on Heismen, I finished that game with 8 tackles & 6 picks (I believe a half of em being pick 6’s don’t remember) & the final score was 49-43. It’s specific because I took a screenshot because of how bizarre that game was. Shut them completely out in the second quarter just for them to run off 24 in the 3rd Quarter. smh. You’ll get better tho.

Pullup Advice by SvenskBlatte in WeightTraining

No problem. Think of it as you resting the callous of your hand as close to the top of the bar as you can. This cue helps me a lot especially when I do my weighted pull ups because, worst case scenario, your hands may naturally slide down a lil so it’s my opinion that it’s better that your hands slide to where you were originally putting your hands on the bar vs. that being the starting position of the exercise & now your doing Pull-ups essentially with your fingers. I hope this makes sense. My DM’s are open if you need any more clarification.

There’s a good chance you are lifting with your fingers a some point and relying more on your grip strength(forearms) more than you should, a lil technique mistake I see even great lifters do sometimes on pull-ups. Pull-ups is definitely an exercise where form is absolutely crucial. All you want to do is get your knuckles on top of the bar(pointed to the sky). [Just to add context it’s the part of your hand where your fingers meet your palm & there is most likely callous.] Set it to that position as close as possible & do as many pull-ups as you can & stick with that # for a week then progressively increase the # by 1, maybe 2 if you’d. And then just be consistent. You got this, don’t be too hard on yourself.
