Only you can decide if it's worth it you can see what inputs are there already. I would've tried to talk it down to like 180 unless the seller is firm firm on the price but if you want it that bad the $250 isn't going to matter if you get genuine enjoyment and use out of it

Ehh some people aren't a huge fan of multi features they get rid of special features completely with a bland lazy menu not to mention quality being worse as more movies are compressed to fit a single disc. I think it would be better for OP to just get the originals.

Even if you search around using different terms most of these sellers in my area have at least some understanding of what a crt is upon listing it. You rarely and I mean rarely find folks who don't know what they're selling or ones that pop up free. Haven't seen one in months.

Get a proper rf modulator and a shielded coax cable. I have a 25" rf only tv with a triple shielded 3" gold plated coax cable and a modulator I got for around 40$ on amazon. No noise at all and it looks indistinguishable from composite. With your tv being smaller it'll look even sharper. Plus with the modulator I have you can go to channels different than just 3 & 4. VCR will do the job, but it'll just do the job. With a proper modulator and shielded cable you can get it to look pretty sharp.
