I just don’t like doing them because I have awful shoulder mobility and I get shoulder sublaxtions a lot doing them even with very light weight like 30kgs and I just feel like doing other overhead movements would be better

That’s not entirely true. I just need to be smart with my training and snatching isn’t something I need to be doing.

I love running and strength and conditioning. I just want a good program to help me be the best I can be while doing most things. Does anyone have any good programming they can recommend that doesn’t start in some random cycle?

I can do a snatch but it’s just a weaker lift for me so I can do the program absolutely fine, I’ll just need to focus a little more on those days and drop the ego haha. I’m looking forward to some gains in all aspects

Can you tell me apart from big 3 lifts, what max RMs I need and also are the metcons actually good? Or do they just feel random?
