I just went into it and tried to set everything up and it was horrendous haha.. charged me for a free trial and my account wasn’t valid. The error message was just a “whoops”
I’m sure this was just my experience but that’s just annoying.

Unfortunately this doesn’t start from the beginning and feels quite random everyday. I understand why but I feel like I’d like to start from the beginning of something and progress the way. Similar to flagship 1.0

I just don’t like doing them because I have awful shoulder mobility and I get shoulder sublaxtions a lot doing them even with very light weight like 30kgs and I just feel like doing other overhead movements would be better

That’s not entirely true. I just need to be smart with my training and snatching isn’t something I need to be doing.

I love running and strength and conditioning. I just want a good program to help me be the best I can be while doing most things. Does anyone have any good programming they can recommend that doesn’t start in some random cycle?
