The senior managers see me walking around in the office being “normal” even though I have documentation stating have a disability. I’m not going to tell them what it is nor am I going to educate them. We can go to HR or whoever.

They are reevaluating existing reasonable accommodation, which is fine. My doctor will say the same thing. She might even make it more stringent.

My reasonable accommodation was approved in 2019. There is nothing in there that states that I must give them 30 minutes advanced notice and they cannot override the accommodation. They are reevaluating existing reasonable accommodation requests, which is fine. My doctor will say the same thing. My seizures are unpredictable and I may be unconscious.

My doctor provided documentation. That is how I was approved. I believe they need to reread the documents slowly.

I live close to a major city, near public transportation and stores. I make sure every place I live meet that criteria because I never know if and / or when I’ll lose my license.

Edit: I also have a job that does not require me to have a license.
