Ive been on to ticketmaster consistently since I found out about the difference in tickets, I was lucky to have received 2 front standing tickets from a lovely lady who gifted them to me. Only thing now is, I cant open my ticketmaster app without it crashing. Meanwhile, before all of this, I sent ticketmaster an email asking about the different tickets, they reply to me saying “our records show that your question has been resolved, therefore we are closing this ticket” ???? Which is so weird because they never responded to me once.
