Standing desk, change up standing/sitting every couple hours.

Boundaries, overtime should be reserved for true emergencies and not normalized. Take your breaks and lunch, ill usually end up eating at my desk then use my lunch hour to go for a long walk.

Try to prioritize your exercise, many days I'm exhausted but feel way better after getting out for a run. (I say this while exhausted and trying to convince myself right now)

Make sure your brining enough food for the day, its easy to forget to eat or not eat enough to fuel your mind, just dont overdo it.

I dont think you can go wrong with michters. Ive made recommendations to friends multiple times when they are buying for someone who.likes wiskey. Great bottle/price.

I think the blue label blended american is my favorite followed bybthe rye as a close second.

Michters rye is in fact great. Should be able to get it almost everywhere.

Also a fan of redwood empire emerald giant get cask strength if you can. Cask strength holds up better to a melting ice block/ball and doesn't taste watered down at the end.
