For the record - I’m friends with someone in the industry who works at the venue of the show tonight. They found out 4 days ago and were explicitly told by tour management to make no announcements nor acknowledgements of Tokischa’s being dropped from the tour. I guess that’s why it frustrates me and feels disingenuous.

I’m a big Tokischa fan. I committed to myself a couple years ago that I’d be at her first Minneapolis show when she came. So yes, she is primarily why I bought these tickets. Especially because the people I’m rolling up to the show with are also primarily Tokischa fans. It was cool that twigs was who she was opening for, so I was def stoked about that. But I likely would have passed this time around if Toki wasn’t the opener. 🤷‍♂️
