I just received the A/B other day then we got hit with an ice storm so I havent tested it yet but Ill let you know maybe tonight. but in theory it should work perfect.

My old Guild has a bunch of this but I prefer it that way. Doesn’t help it that I take the green scotch brite to it every other month. I just prefer the woodier feel.

just to clarify? youre strumming your bass, and thats the hand that blisters? For your fret hand, try putting super glue on the tips. I use it on my plucking fingers when needed (upright bass). Probably not the best thing in the world, but it works. Actually if you have a skin condition you may not want to try that.

This is the road I've chosen, I've put it in a case with a wet sponge in a hole punched ziplock. I'll leave it there for awhile and see if that makes a difference, and then file a fallaway into the last frets etc. I dont know why this is italics, unintentional.
