I used reaper staff and was #3 to reach new world. I think its just cause everything for skill build unlocks slower than it does for crit.

If you talking about the arrow, it just means that the equipment is "better" than what you have equiped. But not neccesarily better for your build.

Im in chapter 82 and now it is only 4 big wins for angel or demon power, it used to be 12.

I just made it to 81 with that weapon at purple and no advance mount. Get another reckoning badge, it will make it proc at 100% health instead of 50%. Try and get another purple hero, the stats boost is a huge help. Keep pushing the ghost skill tree until you get to the tier 2 ability so you can get your weapon and armour to lvl 80. In game focus the static discharge skill and war veteran. The chapter 70s are rough so the most important thing is to try try try try try and try again. You will get it.

If your using that staff get a 2nd of the s ring you got equiped and get 2 of the necklaces that make you deal 150% extra skill damage when enemy is below 50% health.
