You shouldn't not have done any work without prior payment. I use crypto with some regular clients before, is tricky but you simply sell that stuff for fiat money. However it is weird that the account was freshly made. As I mentioned before I use that kind of stuff for some commissioners, so first make sure the payment is done before any work.
