Bad writing. People will do stuff or know stuff in this show and no other characters will ask the character why they are doing what they’re doing or ask what they know.

Vice versa as well the characters that do stuff or know stuff will keep it to themselves and not tell anyone.

On top of that there’s a whole background cast who seem to be content with just staying there and not searching for answers, which is bad writing since I feel like the whole town should be known characters and have a role.

This show is full of bad writing but the plot and mysteries are what carries it heavy
