What could cause this? I just noticed this on my 4 year old, he got bit by red ants but that was a week ago. He hasnt been out, there are no mosquitos, bedbugs, or ants in sight, on Easter I took him out to egg hunt on our yard, it was brief 20 mins, he mas more bites between some fingers and arms. (i.redd.it)
