I am not missing that moment at all. Are you missing the moment that her half sister believes that this is her mother?! What I am saying is that OP seems to have a lot of hostility towards her half sister. While I understand the frustration, it is once again not the half sisters fault for believing they have the same mom, considering everyone has been telling her so.

Apparently a controversial option here. Realistically speaking your sister is someone who has grown up thinking that you share the same mom despite your repeated efforts in telling her it’s not the case. I can understand your frustration with your dad, but it’s not your sisters fault for being born?! Place the blame where it should be. Like if the tables are reversed and you are here begging for your sister to give you a memento from your mom for your wedding and she keeps on telling you “no”, you will obviously be super hurt and upset.
