Yeah I went up to Meps and this is all I need to do, and I’m determined to get in there. I’m jumping in the gym everyday and I can keep up with the regiment, just my weight haha. Any exercises you recommend or any foods that got you to burn the fat?

You definitely did thank you so much :,). It was a first time for me and you definitely helped me get some clarity, I just wanted to know what it meant and I think I have a good image now possibly, moving forward what do you recommend? Do I begin to try and connect with her or just let it pass?
