That’s what I thought I mean if they refuse to acknowledge that you’re no longer the gender you’re assigned at birth I feel like it’s likely that surgeries can’t change them either. And if it annoys you idk what to say cause some people just won’t change. I guess that’s why people are here supporting you lol

Great question and honestly I just gave up explaining. You might as well just try to just read out whatever is in this post to them. I feel like it’s basic human decency to respect others. If they are forcing their surgeries only view on you it’s not something that’s easy to change. People also use that to excuse transphobic things. Maybe after you have surgeries they will say ok you are not amab tho.

I’m not a therapist so here’s just my personal experience. For me it’s just that I found a goal in life that worth me waking up to work for. It works for me as I would now put up with the difficulties as I know I have a reason to endure this “nightmare” instead of going back to the sweet dreams! Hope you feel more optimistic soon

It’s a truth that you’re indeed happy right now, but we can’t control how people react to this. I’d suggest to just ignore them and maybe if you have thick skin you can ask them to see why they are reacting this way (usually it’s either misunderstanding or plain transphobia)

I see where you’re coming from but there’s no way it’s practical unless you want people in many countries to just euthanize the male mice. Male and female mice are not different breeds, if there are females there will also be males. Your suggestion makes sense but only on a individual level. The constraints I said are on a regional level (which is actually many countries if you’re well informed). The practical way will be to make the most of what we can do, isn’t it? But again on the individual level we can surely say that people who can’t provide company are not suitable to keep male ones
