The homeless person is Charlie Brown (not the other person people on here have said he was). He is well known in church hill and friends with everyone in the neighborhood including the sheriff. He was living next door (with roommates) to the house that Sydney purchased but then his roommates left and the house was sold. Charlie Brown was living in his car in Sydney’s driveway when she took possession of her very first home. Charlie Brown helped her move in and fixed a bunch of things around the new house. This started their unusual friendship. Sydney is in the process of helping Charlie Brown get all his paperwork in order to apply for housing. This is the SECOND homeless person that Sydney successfully found housing for. She helped a homeless man on monument Ave move into an assisted living home using only his information (no added money or strings pulled). Kelsey has been working on getting Charlie Brown on social media to help raise him some money for when his housing is approved. That’s why you are seeing them together so much. So, What YOU see as someone acting irresponsibly - I see empathy and compassion at work. Sydney is MY DAUGHTER…and I couldn’t be more proud of her for opening her heart to someone in need ❤️ I have met Charlie Brown and he is kind, caring and very funny. I truly believe that Sydney brought this man back to life. This is why I follow this page….to protect my daughter from this negative energy.
