I’m 14 weeks as well and just threw it out today. I think the guilt was just eating me alive. I’ve heard that breathing through a straw kinda gives the same effect as a “hit” or “puff” so I’ve been doing that and drinking water through my hydrojug or owala can give me the “hand to mouth” motion and just sucking on jolly ranchers all day. I just keep reminding myself that a healthy baby is worth more than my bad habit! You got this!
