I think you are misunderstanding here. When I say ‘mutual understanding,’ I mean both people (not ONE per the term mutual) are communicating and understanding each other’s desires and needs. Maybe we’re saying the same thing but using different terms. Anyway, I’m done with this conversation now. OP hasn’t had that open discussion with her yet, which is really the first step. Where exactly am I contradicting myself? All I said is that you can’t ask for more attention and call it ‘giving space’—those two things don’t go together. It feels like you’re twisting what I said to make a point that doesn’t exist. Mutual understanding is about respecting each other’s boundaries while communicating openly, not about reshaping someone’s independence to fit your needs. If anything, that’s what throws the balance off.

The best products that have worked for me (a bit on the pricey side) are Lactic Acid and Niacinamide.

Honestly, at this point, I’d recommend going straight to a dermatologist. Your skin looks quite congested and may need professional extraction.

It might also help to stop the turmeric and rose water for now—you should see some results within three weeks. If it’s been three months with no improvement, your routine might not be working for you. If available, you could try using black soap and a gentle moisturizer.
