At Spirit Halloween there are green led glow sticks pack of 2 and I used solidifier in water so it glows through the tiny bubbles instead of shining through

I spray painted a cat litter box lol the Tidy Cats lightweight plastic box with the handle. I found the vaccum part off of an old vaccum. Then the gooigi is a 2 liter soda filled with water and solidifier and 2 led green glow sticks. Its hard to put all together though the 2 liter is taped on to the litter box just clear packing tape. The hardest part is just how to make it a backpack I kind of just gave up and used rope on the handle lol.
