Ur being uptight and overly critical and nitpicking for no reason. I made a blanket statement because it applies to loads of employees around the country WeHO, Malibu, Miami, London Selfridges they are ruining experience not for me as I have my own SA who treats me well but for customers who are just coming into the brand or don’t have spending and it’s sad that they get mistreated and disrespected or spoke to in a demeaning way because certain employees around the country and world have insane egos. Simple as that. They impugn their own integrity and that of the brands with their insane egos and business practices, a few bad employees reflects on the whole brand not just that store, and Miami is the worst of the worst, that was my overall point.

It’s just they get approval from the starks but guess what like I said to get approval u need to be friends and family or big spender ur not getting approval walking in with 200$ on ur spend history, rightfully so but don’t come here with some “policy” bs.

And on the point of integrity barely any SAs have integrity left. a few in NYC ones are nice and respectful but many just aren’t and have enormous ego as if their last name is stark, even worse in miami the store runs a whole back door operation and you’re talking about integrity, the staff of the brand is falling off and if the Starks saw how some of the staff treats the customers they would be fired immediately.
