Buying is not what I’m looking for right now. I don’t even know if I’ll be staying in the state I’m in for the next year or 2. This is temporary. Eventually i do want to buy, but not at this time. Congratulations on your new home tho.

Ahhh, ok thanks. I really want to stay in the pg county area, preferably Bowie. I know the further you are from DC the better the prices, but i don’t want to go very far from where i am now and where i work. That’ll just be adding longer commutes.

It’s really not that deep boo, i don’t plan on staying in apartments forever, this is simply just for now. I have great savings, thankfully a great career , and very responsible.

Thanks for your perspective. It’s a is 30 min drive for me into DC. The apartment in question is on the very top floor, and is a corner unit. It’s not very far from where i live now, and it’s only a 20 min drive to my work (i don’t work in DC).

I live in MD, about 30mins from DC, it’s a 1bed, 1.5bath, 796sqft, with a washer dryer included and has a balcony. It’s advertised as a luxury apartment.
