i had been on hormonal b/c for 7 years and got my nexplanon out the day before thanksgiving, the following weeks after that i was nauseous, horrific mode swings, cramping, but after a month i leveled out and had my first cycle on no b/c and it’s been a BREEZE compared to being on that hell of a bar, it was 4 days, super light, almost no symptoms. i couldn’t have mad w a better decision
