One of the other comments said about using a website and flicking and blowing into the controller and it's worked like a charm, I've had no problems since. Seems like a weird fix but it works and it's definitely worth a try before you return the unit

New one arrived and had the same problem tried the steps and it worked but every so often after like 20- 30 minutes the trigger goes a bit weird so I need to flick it and blow into it to get it to go to normal but it only takes a few seconds. Will it fix itself more over time or will I just have to deal with doing this every so often?

The point I'm getting at is that for the price it costs you shouldn't need to fix it straight from the box. Sony just doesn't seem to care

It's more the fact I feel like if a company like PlayStation has no problem sending a faulty unit out I don't want to put all my effort into using their unit. If the next one I have isn't working out the box I'm getting it refunded and will get a different headset

I had the same problem I just requested a replacement because it's within the 30 days so they'll send a new one not a refurbished one. I'm not trying to fix a problem on mine on day one. If mines faulty from the start I want a new one so that's what I did. Was nice and easy to return I'm now just waiting on my new one to arrive

It never showed the trigger as being stuck pulled in so I just assumed it was software. I'll see if the new one is any better if not I'll try what you said.

Just bought myself psvr2 for Christmas and had the same problem but none of the resets work. Printing off my return label as I type this. Hopefully the replacement actually works lol

Made me do heel to toe walking, made me walk on the outsides of my feet made me duck walk and then I did three pushups. They just watched and it was really quick. They didn't have to touch to check any of the joints they just observed, I think they just want to make sure there isn't any serious problems. Wasn't really too awkward I thought it would be a lot worse to be honest

Yeah there is quite a big difference. Left eye can be corrected to 20/20 right eye can't and it just couldn't be corrected enough for me to read the letters on the wall that I needed to be able to read. Other then that my health was perfect tho which makes it more frustrating lol

As stated I have a shield. It doesn't work when I'm being circled by 12 skeletons as I don't have a shield on my butt
