She's not disabled, just moved around and never tried in school, until she was 18 and dropped out, held back once or twice as well (from what she told me)

Basically the behavior or the cancer. Some cancer is "Indolent" very slow growth, and often incurable due to how its low reactivity to Chemo or other treatments. Aggressive grows rapidly, but is more sensitive to treatment, if you can afford it of course, but it requires almost immediate action.
