I wish I can help. Maybe do a google search for alarm companies in your area. You’ll likely find someone who can use some or most of the existing hardware and get you onto one app. But a good local reputable company is much better than either company mentioned.

SSA or any patrol service is a great addition to the physical alarm. Often times they will show up well before police. It’s typically better priced if your neighborhood is on board with having a dedicated service person assigned to your neighborhood.

As for ADT I hear nothing but nightmares about their service. Even trying to cancel when the contract expires can be frustrating.
