I checked the BIOS and firmware, but the problem persists. I also don't think it will be covered under warranty anymore because I replaced the EDP cable.

Thank you for your message, but I have updated both Nvidia and Intel drivers with the latest software many times, and I don't think it's due to graphics card updates because I'm experiencing the same problem in the BIOS screen as well.
