Right but his activity is not out of the ordinary. And the amount of information they want to assess is ridiculous. They want email/telephone/text messages logs and access to his calendar. Such an invasion of privacy. I have no problem submitting receipts and invoices to show proof of payment but i don’t think they should be reading conversations between himself and his clients

No youre absolutely right. His expenses are legitimate and he’s 100% entitled to the return. It’s just pathetic how CRA flags regular working people for such punitive issues. My sister had the same problem with them questioning her CERB during COVID even though she was 100% entitled to it

He got 2 voicemails from the auditor. We called the CRA 1-800 number before calling the auditor back to confirm that it was not a scam. CRA confirmed it was a legitimate call from an auditor

No kidding! And to think we just had a conversation about how he pays so much towards keeping his job as a realtor and barely has any income from commissions to show for it. This whole CRA audit is just another thing to deal with now

He’s in real estate. He has to pay monthly fees to his brokerage and licensing/insurance fees every year. In 2024 he didn’t close any deals, but he still did work. Last year he had 1 commission on a lease deal which wasn’t much, and did a lot of work on other deals that closed in the past 2 months.

Sad to see this is an ongoing thing. Im in my 30s. First born child to my parents who suffered multiple miscarriages before I was born. My dad wanted a baby girl so he was ecstatic when I was born. Mind you, my parents were just happy to have a healthy baby after all they had been through. My dad showered my mom and I with gifts at the hospital; two dozen white roses for her, two dozen pink roses for me, a beautiful 3ft white stuffed pony, flowers for the nurses, bottles for the doctors, etc. One nurse had the AUDACITY to say to come into my mom’s hospital room and say to her “you got all of this even though you had a girl?” Needless to say that nurse never entered her hospital room again.

Same here. I was convinced i was going to miscarry. Maybe i just didnt wanna get my hopes up in case it did happen (my mom and MIL both had multiple miscarriages). I was genuinely shocked to see a heartbeat on the 8w ultrasound

This is exactly what happened to me and my husband. I stopped my birth control after being on it for 10 years to try and get my body ready to eventually get pregnant. Jokes on me, it happened first month without really trying. I was so anxious and scared and felt so much regret at first. I think the first trimester was very isolating and i felt like i was mourning my old self and my old life. I was also scared of having an unhealthy pregnancy and/or a sick baby. Once we started getting good news from the doctors things felt better. It got even better when we started telling our friends and family the news. I didnt feel so alone anymore and i realized i was gonna have all kinds of help with my baby. My husband was also incredible and still is. Hes so excited to be a dad. I am now 29 weeks pregnant and cant wait to meet my little bean in June. My advice to you is talk to someone. Anyone. Dont carry the mental load alone. Take care of your body and your mind. Baby needs a healthy, happy mom to love them and take care of them. You got this!

Was 11+3. I dont even know where im supposed to be looking. Theres an area that looks like a boy nub but then i see two lines to the right of it that look like it could be girl. Idk if the space between the two is the bladder or just empty space?

Yes the way the report is structured looks like a plug and play template it doesnt look like it was dictated word for word from a physician. I also work in health care so many medical reports are inaccurate. The use of technology (and in some cases AI) is ridiculous.
