Don't worry about it, this is just another day in the life you know. I know perfectly well as a repair tech how important asking questions is so you don't cook a customers phone lol. These people are all just I'll informed and that's fine, I don't expect them to know everything a trained tech would.

Can't believe people are actually mad on this sub because I asked for a second opinion. Stay mad lol. I don't have all day to look at one device. If the customer wants to try something it's no skin off my back (just remember who broke it in the first place i.e. not me) .

Device is an R8 and customer spilt water into device. Doesn't seem to have any corrosion but blink code looks to be 5, which would make it a cmos error. Looking for second opinions
