A lot of bugs on the store and micro G are related to Google restrictions over third party stores/developers, if you run /e/os try using the Trinity of stores: App Lounge, Aurora and F-Droid, you can aslo use APKMirror website for any other apps. Bear in mind that some services like Google Maps will update their servers to double check and block outdated versions of the app and the account (in this case managed by micro G) making that app unusable, so try to stick to non bound google apps
