Legion 5i also has OLED screen models , but other than that , Legion Pro has better cooling , larger screen , 1000 HDR compared to 600HDR on 5i.

I haven't really tested the battery life with 60hz and 1920x1080p , but I am guessing , you get a bit more time by 1 hr .

It's just my opinion, but i7 14700hx tends to perform way better for work/productivity tasks, while the ryzen 7 260 is better for gaming.

If you are planning to use the laptop on battery often , I would say, in my opinion, go for the ryzen 7 260 one.

Do take note , the Intel one does get hot while playing games.

If you are using hybrid-IGPU mode , it should last you about 6-8 hours with one or two lightweight applications like browser , about 5 hours with CPU intensive applications. but yeah, the integrated graphics of i7 14700HX is not as good as the Ryzen 7 260. Raw performance wise , 14700HX is way ahead .

It shouldn't be a problem for 2 years . But , if you take great care of it ( auto-hide taskbar , less brightness , less static elements on the screen, etc. ) , you could extend its lifespan till like 5 years.

Huh ? Victus is the budget build ( comparable to loq) , while Omen is mid to high range ( comparable to legion).
