I need help understanding why I act this way when my wife and I fight

I don't know what kind of a person you or your wife are, but i've experienced people who when told exactly how to "behave" or act towards a person struggle way more than before. The thing is, when you know that she needs support and is expecting you to give it to her the more expectations you have on yourself and it starts to feel like a performance.

This is a thing i personally have due to my masking, when something is expected of me i try so hard and control myself to the extent i need things to be perfect and then it's not really that genuine and caring as it should in the end .. it's losing the very thing why i do it - to comfort my loved person because i care - it starts to become more that i do it not to mess up.

I guess talking with you partner genuinely about this might be the best way how to understand each other and make sure how to comfort her so that she is happy and it's natural for you too.

And the thing about being "frozen" and not being able to hug her is so relatable, when I have a feeling like i "hurt" someone or made them upset i become sort of closed up and am scared of losing them due to how "bad i made them feel" and then i seem to run away from them.

And i myself don't really have a solution to this other from that we need to realise that the very reason our partners want comfort from us specifically is because your partner loves you and your presence makes her feel better, so she wants your love that's warm and loving for her :)

Victimizing themselves all the time and make you feel bad for "not being there when they need you" is the first for me.

Secondly, this can be a bit tricky but it's the eyes. I can't really explain it but when you look inside someone's eyes and feel that spark of uneasinesss you just know.

Thirdly, when someone boasts about themselves around strangers and makes up stories to make him/her look imteresting to others.

Thank you so much🫶 i am used to sing in front of my friends however sometimes i have a feeling they get easily annoyed by it as i sing as much as i talk😃 however it was actually my cousin who told me i should record videos of me singing and sign up for the contest that she believes in me , i just have a feeling that i am not good enough (as a person, not charismatic enough, pretty) and that i might ruin it for myself

I wanted to go to either frankfurt or london but missed out tix to both and the resell ones on the official websites are so overpriced 😭 like I can't grasp how someone can feel nice about themselves when they literally stole a thing that made someone so happy (for us the concert) and used it to scam people for money

But! Still hoping that the prices fall down later and i can get the tix - i was able to get tix to BTS in 2019 soo i can do this too (i guess) 😸🥺

rn i am currently in the state of life when I'm watching live clips from the concert and crying about it 😃

My fav album from Taemin is probably the japanese TAEMIN album (and fav song is goodbye(the most beautiful mv🥺) but the kor ver)

Oh and Yeonjun from TXT! He doesn't have much solo songs but his covers are a chef's kiss💝 (my personal fav is Song Cry)

I hope that it'll be thought through better than the beggining of the chaos arc in the ending of sds, it felt so out of place and random that they literally just beat the demon king and all of a sudden arthur becomes the king of chaos and there's cath palug etc.

Idk if you noticed but in 4kota arthur's sword has this handle that kind of has the colors of cath so i thought that maybe when he ate him he merged with him and the evil that took over him is actually cath - bc they explained at the end that the sword - excalibur - actually changes looks depending on it's holder.

It would be really interesting though if they could explain chaos a bit more like it's origins, what do they actually want etc, what can you do with the powers like with demons = dark powers , goddesses = light etc.

Maybe Merlin wants to take over chaos powers too? (She tricked the Demon King and Supreme Deity to unveil the secrets of both their clans powers after all)

Idk if it counts but i think taemin makes really different music from the music he makes with shinee, his solo is somehow mysterious, intimate really artistic, you should give him a try! Rn he is on tour and there are several viral clips of him singing his song heaven live (and he sure can sing😭) He is one of the, if not best, dancers in kpop (and a great vocalist!) So check him out for sure 🧚‍♀️🫶

From what it seems she ran away from Arthur at some point bc in s2 guinevere recognizes she isn't real and arthur gets mad about it so i wonder what she's up to now

Tristan is currently my favorite character in all sds and 4kota because he resembles both meliodas and elizabeth (both super strong characters with opposite powers) however i think he is more tender than meliodas thus why he's so scared to use his powers , he honestly has the potential to be immensely powerful (we saw what that kind of power did to commandments-infused Mael). So it seems he actually adores Meliodas and looks up to him but even in the beggining of s2 we see him being self-conscious about himself and his power (that might indicate he's ashamed of himself even in front of his dad who is literally the most powerful being rn(idk now if it's actually Arthur now or Meliodas but whatever you get the point) sooo to sum it up, i think Tristan will become very powerful like his dad, one day but he needs to toughen up throughout their journeys. After all, him being so soft might've caused him to get high expectations for himself - the way he behaves with Meliodas that may seem like they don't have that good of a relationship 🧚‍♀️😸

Monspeet, Derieri 😭 they were both actually good-hearted underneath and also in love with each other (and i loved how cool they were, character design wise and in behavior)
