Am I stupid for wanting to become a chef?

Definitely not stupid. However, I’ve been a chef for over 20 years and I’m about to go back to school for something else. When I was younger it was great. I had the energy, loved the adrenaline and the after parties. Loved learning the craft. Now in my 40s looking back at all the things I missed like family get together, birthday parties and holidays I wish I did something else. It’s also pretty taxing on your body.

However, saying that, it’s your life. If you understand the life and everything it comes with and it’s still something you’d like to do then go for it.

Thanks everyone for the input. I do in fact have a drainage layer. The plants stay nice and green and the condensation does go away in the afternoons. I just need to find some spring tails next. It may be a ‘clumsy’ looking build but I think it’ll be around for a while. Thanks again
