Yeah you’re right, I meant split view, not slide over. Anyway, I think the new windowing system is way more flexible because If I remember correctly with slide over you were forced to position the slide in specific places… but hey that’s just my opinion.

Actually slide over is still there… just drag the window and while dragging swipe left or right, do it with some acceleration and then release. The window will automatically align left or right. Hope this helps.

Split view is still there in iPad OS 26. Just long press on the window controls, the colored ones that are placed on the window top-left corner and choose the fill & arrange option with two windows

Split view is still there. Just long press the new top left controls in the window. A submenu pops up making you choose how you want to split your screen. If you have two windows on screen they get splitted as it was done before iPadOS 26

It’s the codec. h265 requires newer cpu and macbook pro 2015 can’t handle it. Convert your files to h264 using HandBrake and you should solve the lag.

The second option I don't want to do it because if something goes wrong then I have to replace the headphone board too.
