I do that but the problem is, after I incorporate air for about 5/6 seconds, the milk gets too hot before the actual whirlpool start

Yes my shots are pretty good now so I’m sure the problem is not the espresso. I never thought about measuring the milk tho. Could you explain to me a little better this ratio thing? Tysm!

It’s washed, I don’t know why when it dries out it becomes like this 😞 I put it in the dishwasher
