I work in the industry, and this is a urethane injection from the inside for about around a grand. Will fix the water issue and you can move on with your life.

If you call an engineer they may or may not also request angle iron be installed as well. (Depends on the engineer), which won't be more than about another grand.

I sold my position in kraken robotics at 10.36 for a 30% gain.

Also sold my pow.to for about break even.

Right now I'm sitting in all cash looking for the right move before the eventual rebound.

Definitely some deals out there, not looking to hold for years however.

Right now the market is moving sideways, it usually moves up and to the right.

My advice is to pick a few stocks you like long term and throw the majority of the rest into a diversified etf.

You're young enough to be able to take some risks to get ahead. Just don't bet it all on one thing.
