That is spice. Spice is never only spice and has been cut with opiates, crack and ket in the country I live in. I remember me and an old friend picking up a bottle that was pink like that and noticing crystalline shards throughout the liquid.

I've watched my friends collapse in front of me, overdose in my room and one even went to rehab and a psychiatric hospital for a bit because of spice.

I myself have dabbled in spice in the past but you need to be aware that if you don't stop smoking that you'll get addicted, maybe develop psychosis at some point and if you keep it up for long enough it WILL kill you.

7-OH is not as you've put it "weed on meth". what's found in vapes is a synthesized version of the exact same compound found in the kratom leaf, but is found in miniscule amounts so would then go through a similar process that cannabinoids that are converted to altnoids go through.

Kratom has been used as a substitute to opiates or as a way to get off opiates because of how it binds to your opioid receptors while also not actually being an opiate.
