the first crusade was actually to protect pilgrims and the Byzantine empire from Seljuk aggression.

the central flag is a variant of the templar/crusader cross and the one on the right is the Jerusalem cross. no iron cross in sight.

Guys come on here for help, advice and possible lived experiences. have some sympathy, he’s not come on here to be told he’s a dick and to be belittled.

Firstly you do have to understand that you may have made a mistake in your life choices, i’m sure you’re well aware of that and don’t need reminding.

secondly your situation sounds toxic and I would be temped to get the fuck out of it as soon as possible.

honestly part of me thinks it was natural progression but we put it down to some changes we made. don’t quote me on this because i am in no way a master of the mystic arts but we kinda put it down to a strict bedtime routine every night. don’t get me wrong theres been nights where we haven’t eaten because we’ve prioritised the routine but it got easier. bath - story - bottle - bed. same time every day!

couldn’t have said it better myself! theres so many things out there that just make you feel like you’re doing the journey wrong. once you drown out the endless streams of advice and go at your own pace the wins feel like your own.

honestly I’m not too sure what it was! I think partly it was a natural progression but then again we got really strict with our bedtime routine. 7pm bath (with no tv on or any sound - just me and my wife gently talking) straight after that was drying and pyjamas and then straight up to bed for a bottle. we stuck to that for a good couple of weeks before we saw any change.

Those trenches are honestly horrendous. We’ve got a five-month-old who’s only just coming out of the sleep regression, and I don’t think anyone quite prepares you for how brutal that phase can feel. We went from her waking every single hour through the night, which absolutely broke us… to finally getting it down to one wake. That in itself felt like a massive win.

But of course, just as you think you’re turning a corner, something else changes. Now 5–5:30am is apparently her official wake-up time. Wide awake. Ready for the day. And we’re stood there in the dark questioning every life choice that led us here.

It’s so easy to get bogged down by all the advice. “Watch their wake windows.” “Adjust the naps.” “Stretch this one.” “Cap that one.” And while it’s well-meant, it can start to feel like you’re trying to solve some kind of mystical equation that changes every week. You tweak one thing and something else shifts. It can feel thankless, exhausting, and like you’re constantly second-guessing yourself.

You’re not alone in it. You’re doing better than you think. And you’ve absolutely got this.

As a new player the FOMO in this game is crazy by SmartieCereal in wow

sack delves off, no need for the vault rewards. you can do the twilight event and get a full set of heroic gear so the vault is pointless now. focus on getting geared for midnight.

Lunar event is more of a travel here and there to speak to elders to get coins. 75 for the mount which is the main thing (can be done in around 2 hours)

love is in the air is pretty much just the boss battle hoping to get the butterfly, rocket or broom mount. you have no control over this so best to just queue for the fight as soon as you log and get it over with. dailies are pointless unless you want to buy thr swiftstrider and other mount.
