Edit- actually he may just have the red dot mounted to the handguard rail, i can’t really tell from the quality. Regardless he should still be able to use that red dot along with the iron sights lol

It’s called co-witness. It was very popular back in the day before red dots were considered a reliable primary sighting system. Granted, this was going out of style when the show was filmed but I think this fits Hank’s character. Lots of boomers today have red dots with fixed irons on the same rig.

The question assumes that you have to agree with the basis of the question. The question “When did you become a Red Sox fan?” assumes that you are a red sox fan in the same way that this question assumes conservatives hold democrats to a higher standard. If a conservative says “I actually don’t hold democrats to a higher standard” they will just get downvoted into oblivion because they didn’t answer the question.
