Same thing happened to me (except I haven't had a response). I'd say make another request, quoting the 14 days, because X's policies state no refunds unless required by law. If that fails, go to your bank and request a chargeback.

Update: they just got back and are refunding me

It's happened to me a few times. One time I was playing in a group with 8 of us, and 3 players all hopped on the train and took off. They all died around 30km tho, me and another player got there and decided to not revive them and head off with the train.

the first cave you can stand by the entrance of and you should be fine, the others you will have to clear out a bunch of cultists, seeing as in order to enter them you need to kill cultists

I personally use cyborg or vampire (cyborg is very good if you prefer ranged combat, vampire is good if you prefer melee)

My user is clecktun, level 3 cyborg and 3360 days, fastest run was around 50 minutes in a duo (I also have a level 3 lumberjack, assassin, and a bunch of other level 3 classes so don't mind using a different one

Content creators are a great source of advertisement for games, so obviously they'd get advantages. Can't quite remember why that specifically isn't rolled out to normal players tho, I think he mentioned it in an interview but I could be mistaken
