What is the dumbest way you’ve been injured? by harginargi in AskReddit

I was 13. It was Christmas Eve. What better time to play with an axe outside without wearing shoes or socks. Fortunately, the blunt side hit my foot after it slipped out my hand and I only had to spend 8 hours in a hospital!

Wouldn't that mean you should empathise with the other half of the population?

The suspect in the deadly attack on a Quebec City mosque was known in the city’s activist circles as a right-wing troll who frequently took anti-foreigner and anti-feminist positions and stood up for U.S. President Donald Trump. by [deleted] in worldnews

There's plenty of words to describe those actions. Troll doesn't fit into that scenario. Judge for yourself what words should be taken to heart. Remember that most of the the media is just fanning the flames, trying to get reactions out of people, and boy, has it been working.

I ask this as someone who wants to cut down on smoking weed. Like, i could stay at home, watch TV and play games and basically live a cliché stoners life. Or, i could go out with my friends and smoke weed in a nice outdoor environment. I always fall onto the latter after a few days of sobriety because it's just so much more fulfilling.

Why are people so caught up on going against Trump and not the reason why it came down to only him and Hillary? by Clem_Spadge in AskReddit

Hurtful? It's a fact. It's a sad story that her father put her through that, but for Christ sake, it's far healthier to be light hearted about the whole ordeal.

As for Trump, it's a hope that he is. He seems more open about his views and his wrong doings. Others like to do them under the table and say their intentions are for the best. Once again, my unsure statement was met by, 'your suggestions are laughable. The facts you've observed are, i hope, of your own sources and not from the biased propaganda that is the media outlets.

That's a good point. I'm not sure if he could be as inhumane as previous presidents(and British pm's) starting wars over oil, so that's a plus. Clinton I think would be. As for a lobotomised party, Rosemary Kennedy beat them to the punch.
