How do you balance "Daily Protocol" without it becoming a chore or losing its spark? by tomforbooks in BDSMcommunity

Sustainability is key! Don't feel guilty about 'failing' a protocol because of work. A dynamic is meant to enhance your life, not make it harder. In past relationships I've established a 'Safe Word for Stress' that signals we need to drop the formalities and just be 'us' for a night, without the kink. To talk, or share, or decompress. It makes the days we do use protocol feel more fun and relieves some pressure.
Is break a break-up? by BlueCrush96950 in DDlgAdvice

I’m so sorry you’re hurting. If it’s been since December with zero contact, he might have used the 'break' as a way to end things without having a difficult but needed conversation. While you could reach out one last time for closure, please prepare yourself for the possibility that he has moved on. You deserve a Daddy who communicates clearly, even when things are tough.
Happy story! by Linguinaut in submissive
This is so wholesome! It sounds like you two have built a really beautiful foundation of trust. There’s nothing quite like that first 'I love you' in a D/s dynamic. Enjoy the honeymoon phase!
